Group Rate Packages

We often have our greatest success when empowered by others. Have one or more like-minded friends join you in working towards the same goal.

6 week Group

Price: $500 each (you each save $100)

12 week Group

Price: $850 each (you each save $150)

One Year Accountability Package

This package can be added to either a 6 week or 12 week package.

Clients will get monthly email check-ins for 12 months to help stay accountable and on track with their goals.

Life coaching is a collaborative process that helps you clarify goals, overcome obstacles & create actionable plans for personal & professional growth. It’s about empowering you to achieve your full potential.

After an initial 30 minute video conference, clients will receive a shared Google Doc. Through the shared Doc, we will communicate weekly to create and follow through with an action plan. Each week, you will check in to the doc to see new guidance and the next steps of your Action Plan. This is also where you will find weekly suggestions and new resources. This style of coaching is perfect for busy people that wish to gain support on their own schedule.

Results vary depending on your commitment and goals, but many clients experience increased clarity, improved habits, mindset shifts, and measurable progress in achieving their aspirations.

No, life coaching focuses on setting and achieving future goals, while therapy often deals with healing past traumas or mental health issues. Life coaching is action-oriented and growth-focused.
